Class of 1961

August 2, 2021

Because of concerns about the pandemic, the Class of 1961 is planning to hold its 60th  reunion a year late. We have made a reservation for Saturday, October 1, 2022, at the Louisville Boat Club, a venue we have used in the past with great success.

Please put this on your calendar and plan to join us for an evening of fun and  sharing of all our memories of the good times we had together at dear old Waggener. We are all certainly getting along in years now, and that makes our celebration of the unforgettable experiences we had that much more precious. And, of course, we can all catch up on the the latest in our classmates’ lives.

Details about the event will be posted later in the “Class of 1961” tab you will see  in the column to the left of this message.

Class of 1961 reunion planning underway

The 60th reunion committee is making plans for this event to be held this year on Saturday, October 9, at the Louisville Boat Club (formerly scheduled for Big Spring Country Club) with a reception and dinner. We are hopeful that the pandemic situation next fall will allow for this to take place.

We hope you will put this on your calendar as an event we all want very much to happen. We have held many reunions and fall luncheons at the Boat Club on River Road and have always had a great time at this stylish and comfortable venue.

Details will be posted later in the “Class of 1961” tab in the column to the left of this message.
